Delta Faucets 2:00
Hello. I’m Erin Beyer, Chief Information Officer at Delta Faucet Company. At Delta Faucet Company, I can be successful as a female employee. Of the ten executive leaders at the company, four of us are female. We have a company culture that respects the need for employees to have work life balance. We work hard to manage the outcomes versus hours. For me personally, I’ve been very supported by the company in my desire to have a career path that spanned multiple functional areas. By billing willing to invest in my education, the company has provided me a fulfilling and challenging career. So at Delta Faucet Company, I really feel empowered to bring my ideas to the table and we’ve really worked hard to have an inclusive community where diverse perspectives are valued and heard. We firmly believe that in order to be innovative and bring our customers needs to life through our products, its important that we have many perspectives that help us better problem solve and develop ways to meet the needs of our consumers.
Hi. I’m Pam Gilbert and I’m a Finance Manager at Delta Faucet Company. One of the things that I love most about working at Delta Faucet Company is the support, encouragement, and empowerment that I receive. One example of a time where I felt empowered was back from February 2018. Delta co-hosted a women’s conference - which I got the opportunity to attend - and following that conference, we felt empowered to start WIL, or Women In Leadership. This group was designed with the intent of developing our leaders to build collaborative and inclusive communities. Our goal is to inspire, influence, and innovate our people. It amazes me. We started this group a year ago with 20 female leaders as our membership. We opened it up to the entire organization and now have over 100 members, including 20% of those as our male allies. We even have 1 male serving on the board. At Delta Faucet Company we’re excited to support National Women’s Business Week.
